  We got a half of a refund. If the situation were reversed, I would completely refund anybody for infecting them with bloodsuckers. Now we have to worry about our clothes for the rest of the road trip. The receptionist woman was very crooked, had a scripted response, and I felt greed radiating from her as she offered half of our money back. I didn't feel satisfied with this by any means, I still have bugs crawling on me now

  We were a party of two and after sitting at a table for about 5 minutes I saw they were a bit busy so I went up to the bar to at least get a beer prior to ordering something to eat. Well, I stood at the bar for over ten minutes with the bartender and two wait staff not even acknowledging me. I saw the waiter go up close to my table and take the order beside mine so I went and sat back down. He took the order of three other tables and then said, "You haven't ordered either?" I told him I had not and he then said he would get the watress to come help us.

  Well that didn't happen. We sat there as the other tables got their drinks and we still hadn't had anyone help us. After a full 15 minute wait after the waiter told us the waitress would come and didn't we left two hungry and disappointed people.

  After about 30 minutes of laying in bed, my partner and I were writhing around itching every inch of our bodies. It felt like we were covered in bugs and constantly getting bit. I even began to fall asleep and was desperately scratching all over my face and arms in my slumber. It definitely is not bed bugs because they are not visible to the eye. Must be some kind of mite. We had to remove ourselves, there was no hope of sleep. At 2:30am, after a long day of driving, we opted to go and sleep in our truck.

  I am not sure about the Inn; however the Pub is sub-standard in my opinion. Went to grab a bite to eat and a beer on the way out of town, What a mistake.

  It's a awsome place to stay the staff r wonderful very clean and comfortable rooms I give the Lakewood two thumbs up its the place to stay when in the cariboo
