  Brought my new ram 3500 longhorn ram in for an engine light that came on, just wanted them to plug into it quickly and tell me what was wrong. This takes less than a minute for them to do and they had no interest in helping me what so ever. It was a Saturday but the shop was open. I felt like I pulled up in a ford or something. Won't ever be back to regency. Went to the ford dealer across the street and they were extremely helpful but had no one working in the shop on Saturday. Ended up going to kal tire as recommended by the fellow at ford. Kal tire was super busy and with no question the guy came out right away to diagnose it took 1 minute and never charged me a nickel. Maybe I'll take a look at one of those new superdutys! Thanks regency. Useless.

  I agree wholeheartedly with John. I also bring my van up all the way from Vancouver to have it looked at and serviced by Glen Varney and team up in 100 Mile House. I trust these folks and that counts for a great deal these days!

  These guys are the rare combination of straight shooters, extremely knowledgeable AND efficient (good value). I live on the coast but bring my truck to Glenn Varney and his guys when I'm up visiting because they are so much better than the Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep service departments here.

  The service dept is by far the best out there. They truly care about you as they helped me out a few times when i was there from out of town and stranded. They got me going and back home safely. Erin and another gentleman went above and beyond and deserve kudos from their boss and the dealership general manager. Chrysler Canada should visit and train all the staff to these peoples standards. Can't say enough about these guy's. Thanks again for getting me taken care of in short order and home safely.

  Ppl are full of great information about the problems my truck have. Positive attitude and the work completed every time. And my truck gets cleaned inside and outside. Very happy with the service!
