  My 70 year old mother bought a fridge from this store. She had researched and knew exactly the size and style she needed. When she went to finally make the purchase and told the clerk exactly what she wanted, the store showed her a photo of a fridge that met her specifications. She was nervous buying it without having the actual fridge in front of her, but trusted the store to deliver what they promised. The gave her a receipt confirming her purchase of a 24 Cu Ft side by side fridge. Not only were they weeks late on the delivery, but they delivered a smaller fridge - it is only 22.6 Cu Ft not 24 Cu Ft as ordered. When she suspected it was the wrong size she first called Frigidaire and they confirmed it was only 22.6 Cu Ft and that they didn't even make a 24 Cu Ft model. When my mother called the store hoping it was just a misunderstanding, the owner was never available to speak, would say he'll call back but wouldn't and when she finally got him on the phone, he was extremely rude and put all the blame on my mother - never once trying to make things right. I myself tried calling because to me it's an easy fix - just replace the fridge with what was promised. I got as far as saying my name to Paul, the owner, before he said he couldn't speak and hung up on me. He actually hung up on me! I run a retail business myself and would never ever treat a customer this way. Mistakes happen and you work with the customer to resolve. This was a huge purchase for my mother who is on a fixed income and this company took advantage of her and has made no effort to resolve.

  Based on this experience I would never buy anything from this company again. They are dishonest and treat their customers terribly. I am in shock that companies like this are still in business.

  We recently moved to the area and were pleased to find a furniture store that we could purchase our new appliances locally. The prices were competitive with the big box which made me happy because I'm a firm believer in shopping local if at all possible. The service has been wonderful. When the fridge we bought wasn't working properly, we called the store & a new one was delivered that day. To that note, the delivery people they used were also wonderful. Thanks to all the staff.
