    They are doing their best I'm sure but their service isn't that great because they are so busy.

    The price was less than quoted. They phoned to remind me of the appointment and to check up on the dog the day after surgery.

    Had Missy spayed, first time I was given after care instructions. They helped out as much as they could. When I took her back for 2nd vaccination, I never got a chance to sit down before she was done.
